We adopted our sweet girl Nellie just over a week ago, and it’s safe to say—she has completed our family. We are beyond grateful to Ziggy’s Cat Lounge and the Humane Society of Mason County for making this adoption experience so smooth and special. The process was simple and thoughtful: we applied, got to meet Nellie, and then received a follow-up call to ensure we were the right fit. That extra step showed us how much they truly care about the well-being of their cats and finding them the best homes possible. The staff at Ziggy’s Cat Lounge were incredible—friendly, supportive, and always willing to help. You can tell they’re passionate about what they do. Nellie’s personality is just perfect. She’s sweet, social, and has adjusted so quickly to our home. We genuinely believe that the socialization and care she received at Ziggy’s played a huge role in shaping her wonderful temperament. We’re absolutely in love with her, and we can’t thank Ziggy’s enough for bringing her into our lives. These folks are the kindest people! This cat cafe is impeccably clean, there are some resident cats and new cats from the local shelter every week, and you can adopt the shelter cats if you find yourself bonding with them. What a great place for cats to exhibit, their natural behaviors and not stuck in a cage somewhere. You can tell these people really loves cats and the kitties are all very well taken care of. Highly recommend! In fact, highly recommend for a weekly visit just to see the new kitties from kittens season.
I love going to Ziggy’s! It’s such an awesome way to socialize with kitties and then being able to adopt them! You can tell the kitties are well taken care of and happy. I love going and have a blast every time! The coffee is super good too!
Ziggy's is a wonderful local cat lounge! I have cats of my own, but it is such a calming, lovely experience to sit in and play with a roomful of kittens and cats with a warm beverage and a good friend.
Had a great time!! The service was great. My group visited with a reservation for three people. An employee set out the rules for interacting with the cats to ensure we treated them properly, and the kittens were so excited to see us when we arrived. The space is bright and there's plenty of room for the cats, along with a separate staff-only space where cats can take breaks. We reserved a 45-minute slot for 3 people and there was only one other person there, since it was a quiet day. Soft and comfortable music playing kept the atmosphere neutral but didn't bother us or the cats. The only reason I mentioned the room was "quiet" and not "very quiet" was the adorable kitten meows when they called for attention or were interacting with us or each other. I loved getting to meet the various kittens and appreciated the posters on the wall with information about them and adoption prices. We didn't order any drinks or donuts, so I don't have anything to mention on that, but overall it was a great experience!
The shop is cute and comfortable. There are small seats while you wait to color in coloring books or play games. They have coffee or adult drinks that are very well made. I had a "Claw-dia" coffee that was made perfectly hot and delivered to me in the cat room. The cats are lovely but timid probably because it's so many new faces. Just approach them with care and space. My 5 year old loved it and wanted to stay more than the hour so we'll definitely be back.
So fun! Great host at the cafe, but the cats were the stars! Such a fun way to spend an afternoon. Plenty of kitty friends to pet and visit. There was also a great assortment of toys to play with the kittens. My mocha was tasty too!
